Do you install the fencing?
We supply the products and coordinate production, preparation and delivery. Installation is carried out by your chosen installer. We can work from the dimensions and specifications provided by you or your installation team. Homeowners can also use the homeowner form above, and we’ll pass the enquiry to one of the partner firms we supply.
Can you supply full privacy fencing as well as slatted designs?
Yes. We can source both spaced slat designs and full privacy options using closely fitted or interlocking boards. We’ll discuss suitable systems for your preferred appearance and level of privacy.
Can I buy profiles instead of a complete kit?
Yes. We supply profiles and components for customers who fabricate or assemble their own systems, as well as prepared project packages. Tell us how you intend to use the products so we can quote the appropriate supply format.
What is included in a project kit?
The contents depend on the selected system and your agreed requirements. A package can include prepared slats or boards, posts, rails, caps, brackets and other specified accessories. Your quotation lists the included components, preparation and hardware.
Can you supply matching gates?
We can coordinate pedestrian and driveway gate requirements alongside your fencing. Send the opening dimensions, preferred configuration and finish so we can confirm the available options and supply scope. Automation equipment, installation and commissioning are only included if expressly stated in the quotation.
Which colours and woodgrain finishes can I choose?
We can source a wide range of RAL colours and woodgrain finishes, including oak and walnut tones. Availability, sheen and sample options are confirmed for your chosen system and order quantity.
Can the fencing be supplied for a coastal location?
Tell us the installation location and how exposed it is to sea air. We will discuss suitable finish options and care requirements with our manufacturing partners before confirming the specification.
Can you supply our own fencing profiles?
Yes. Send your profile drawings and requirements. We first check for a suitable existing die within our partner network, or discuss new tooling where a bespoke profile is needed.
Is there a minimum order?
For made-to-order extrusion, the minimum production run is 300 kg per profile. For fencing kits or existing product options, contact us with your requirements so we can confirm the applicable minimum quantity.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send the overall fence lengths, required heights, gate openings, preferred style and finish, approximate quantity and delivery postcode. A drawing, sketch or reference image is helpful. If some details are still undecided, send what you have and we’ll explain what else is needed.
How long will delivery take?
Lead times depend on the selected profiles, finish, quantity, preparation and delivery requirements. We confirm the proposed schedule with your quotation and keep you updated as the order progresses.
