EXTRUSIONSTAR

Your aluminium profiles. Every stage covered.

From standard sections to bespoke profiles, we coordinate extrusion, finishing, fabrication and delivery through our trusted manufacturing network—at highly competitive prices.

Aluminium Extrusion

Standard sections and bespoke profiles, sourced to your specification.

From tubes, angles and channels to complex bespoke sections, we source aluminium profiles to suit your product and application. Share your drawing, sketch or sample, together with your required alloy, temper, lengths and quantities. We match your requirements with the manufacturing partner best suited to the profile’s size, complexity and finishing needs.

Before commissioning a new die, we check our partners’ die libraries for a suitable existing section. Where new tooling is required, we coordinate die manufacture and first samples for your approval before the main production run. Your profiles can be supplied in mill finish or with coating and machining arranged as part of the same order.

  • Standard sections and bespoke profiles
  • Existing die searches to help reduce tooling costs and lead times
  • New die and sample coordination
  • Alloy, temper, tolerances and lengths reviewed against your requirements
  • Finishing, fabrication and delivery managed through one contact

Machining & Fabrication

Profiles prepared for your next stage of assembly.

Reduce the work needed after delivery by having your profiles cut and machined as part of the same order. Depending on your drawing and the selected partner’s capabilities, we can coordinate cutting to length, mitre cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, laser cutting and component assembly.

We review the required operations, dimensions, tolerances and finish with our partners to agree a suitable production sequence. This includes considering which operations should take place before or after coating and which surfaces need protection. From a simple fixing hole to a machined component, you have one point of contact for extrusion, fabrication and delivery.

  • CNC drilling, milling and tapping
  • Laser-cut openings and features where suitable
  • Component preparation and assembly
  • Machining and finishing coordinated to your drawing

Design & Tooling

Review your profile and explore existing tooling before investing in a new die.

Whether you have a finished technical drawing, an early sketch or a physical sample, we help move your requirements towards a production-ready specification. Working with our manufacturing partners, we coordinate a review of the section geometry, wall thicknesses, tolerances, alloy and intended finish to identify points that may affect extrusion or subsequent processing.

We also search our partners’ die libraries for an existing profile that could meet your needs. A suitable match may avoid the cost and lead time of new tooling. If a bespoke die is needed, we coordinate technical feedback, agreed drawing revisions and first samples, keeping you involved in the decisions before production proceeds.

  • Drawing, sketch and sample review
  • Extrudability feedback from manufacturing partners
  • Existing die searches and profile comparisons
  • Coordination of agreed design revisions and new tooling
  • First-sample review and customer approval

Powder Coating

Your specified colour and finish, at highly competitive prices.

Give your aluminium profiles the appearance and surface protection your application requires. Through our trusted manufacturing network, we source powder coated profiles in specified RAL colours, with matt, satin, gloss and textured options subject to availability. We offer highly competitive pricing, particularly when extrusion and coating are coordinated within one order.

Tell us where the profiles will be used, your preferred colour and finish, and any coating requirements shown on your specification. We coordinate these details with the selected partner, including preparation, coating and relevant inspection requirements. Where colour or texture is particularly important, we can arrange a finish sample for approval before production.

  • Specified RAL colours and a choice of surface finishes
  • Coating requirements reviewed for the intended application
  • Colour and finish sample coordination
  • Partner inspection reports reviewed before dispatch
  • Protective packing to help preserve the finished surfaces

Wood Finish

The appearance of timber, with the practical benefits of aluminium.

Achieve a timber-style appearance with aluminium profiles finished in a choice of woodgrain patterns and tones. The pattern is transferred onto a prepared powder coated base, creating a decorative finish suited to applications such as screening, fencing, pergolas and architectural profiles.

We help coordinate the profile, base coating and woodgrain selection through our trusted manufacturing network, with highly competitive pricing. Share your preferred appearance or a reference sample, and we can arrange available finish options for review. Pattern, tone and suitability for the intended use are agreed before production, with packing planned to protect the decorative surfaces during transport.
